Products that malfunction and are not covered by warranty are repaired either on site or sent to our camera technician in Melbourne. Repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty and genuine parts are used in the repair process

Battery gone flat? Can’t get it to charge or can’t find the charger?
Roylaines can charge & test your batteries. We also carry a range of camera batteries and access to hundreds of mobile phone and laptop batteries. We can even get you a new battery charger!

Accidentally pressed the delete button? Don’t panic! Roylaines will put your memory card through our recovery program to retrieve your images. We charge a small upfront setup fee and if images are recoverable, a small charge per image. All recovered images are transferred to a CD or DVD. We can also provide additional copies or prints at your request.
